A&A Services: A Grade Above Since 1982
Since 1982, A&A Services has been providing quality home improvements for homeowners in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Over the years the home improvement industry has seen tremendous growth, and we have grown along with it. Through it all we have worked hard to remain true to our “roots” of serving one customer at a time.
When we founded the company in 1982, our aim was to deliver top quality workmanship with exceptional customer service. We knew that, in order to stand out, we would have to go “above and beyond” for our customers. So we developed “Ten Commandments” to guide our work:
- All proposals will be written and easy to understand.
- All work will be done by fully qualified and insured crafts people.
- We will use only the highest quality materials and products.
- Jobs sites are to be cleaned daily. Ladders are to be stored daily.
- We will respect your property and leave it as clean or even cleaner than we found it
- No loud radios on job sites.
- We work from early until late, and stay on the job until it is finished.
- All employees will come to work with courteous attitudes. Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable to approach us about any concerns you have during work on your home.
- We are committed to adopting new technologies and business practices through consistent involvement in trade associations including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
- All work is customer satisfaction guaranteed.
Through the years, these guidelines have helped us to remain A Grade Above our competition. As a result, we have the privilege of helping thousands of our neighbors to make their dream of a more
beautiful, more comfortable home come true.
